C. Subscription and Payment Information

V23 uses Launchpass as its subscription and payment management platform. When you subscribe to a V23 Telegram channel:

• Payment information (credit card, bank details) is collected and processed directly by Launchpass and its payment processors (such as Stripe)
• V23 does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing credentials
• V23 may receive limited transaction data from Launchpass such as your subscription tier, subscription status, and email address used for the subscription

D. Information from Third-Party Platforms

If you interact with V23 through Telegram, Telegram's own privacy policy governs data collected through that platform. V23 has no access to your Telegram private messages, contacts, or personal account data beyond what is visible in shared channel interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

V23 does not sell your personal information to third parties. V23 does not use your information for behavioral advertising or ad targeting.

4. Telegram and Platform Data

V23 distributes signal information exclusively through Telegram. When you join a V23 Telegram channel:

• Your Telegram username, display name, and Telegram user ID may be visible to V23 channel administrators
• Messages you post in any V23 Telegram group may be visible to other channel members and V23 administrators
• V23 does not have access to your Telegram private messages or account password
• Telegram's own Privacy Policy at telegram.org/privacy governs data collected by Telegram

V23 may retain records of channel membership and subscription history for account management and compliance purposes.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

V23 does not collect or store:

• Full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or routing numbers

• Trading account credentials or brokerage login information

After the applicable retention period, personal information is deleted or anonymized.

• Cloudflare DDoS protection and web application firewall
• Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Payment data is handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe via Launchpass)

However, no security system is impenetrable. V23 cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You transmit data to us at your own risk.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, V23 will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
